At present，the industrialization of rural e-commerce in Henan is developing rapidly，the rural logistics network system is gradually improving，and the rural logistics infrastructure is constantly improving，but there are also some weak links. It is proposed to strengthen the policy guarantee of rural logistics development planning，innovate the rural logistics terminal distribution mode，promote the coordinated development of rural logistics e-commerce，build the rural cold chain logistics industry chain，and establish and improve the rural logistics infrastructure，promote the construction of rural logistics standardization demonstration，and strengthen the introduction and training of rural logistics talents.
