本文首先梳理了舆情大数据行业近15年的发展历史,剖析了其产生的社会背景,以及行业发展的内生动力。其次通过查询国内舆情企业名录、绘制区域分布地图和分析产业经济,结合区域头部企业经营模式和行业发展格局演变情况,进一步阐释了舆情大数据行业对我国数字经济和民生领域的积极影响。最后通过分析行业发展中存在的问题,结合工作实践经历,给出了趋势预测和发展建议。研究发现,行业发展的现存问题有投入成本高,回报周期长;教育资源支撑不足;缺乏统一的行业标准和规范;产业链上下游协作不足。发展趋势是在监测难度加大、客户需求提高的背景下,技术创新将重点满足用户潜在需求;服务创新将转向监测真实的社情民意、预测舆情风向和参与解决事件深层问题,智库业务将在以上领域产生更重要的价值;产业链上下游合作将更为普遍;众多舆情企业将大跨步迈入资本市场获取融资。发展建议有建立完善的数据资源共享机制;防范互联网平台的垄断;健全多层次行业人才培养体系;加强对行业的政策倾斜;主管部门应提高舆情素养。
<<This paper firstly sorts out the development history of the public opinion big data industry in the past 15 years,analyzes the social background of its emergence,and the endogenous driving force for the development of the industry. Secondly,through the research methods of querying the domestic public opinion enterprise directory,drawing regional distribution map and industrial economic analysis,combined with the business model of regional leading enterprises and the evolution of the industry development pattern,we furtheranalyze the positive effect of the public opinion big data industry on China’s digital economy and people’s livelihood. Finally,by analyzing the problems existing in the development of the industry and combined with work experience,we give the suggestions and future trend forecasts.
