本报告通过梳理中东欧主要冰雪大国冬季运动项目发展概况，总结各主要国家在优势项目、冰雪产业、冰雪文化等方面的主要特点及其与中国的交流现状，如中东欧国家的冰雪运动存在“雪强冰弱”，而中国则有“冰强雪弱”的特点。与此同时，本报告分析了中国与中东欧国家冰雪运动项目交流合作中现存的问题，如双边合作多，多边合作少，项目市场欠缺新的活力等，并就未来发展提出几点展望，以供参考。

This report provides an overview of the development of winter sports in the major snow and ice countries in Central and Eastern Europe，and summarizes the main characteristics of each major country in terms of their strengths，snow and ice industries，snow and ice culture，as well as their current exchanges with China. Moreover，it analyzes the existing problems of China-Central and Eastern Europe ice and snow sports exchange and cooperation，and proposes a few prospectives on future development.
