This report first outlines the process of establishing the China-CEE cooperation mechanism and identifies the necessity and importance of promoting humanistic exchanges between the two sides through sports，thus achieving mutual progress. Besides，this report reviews the major achievements of sports exchanges of CEE countries，focusing on the current achievements of sports exchanges between CEE countries and China，and looking forward the sports development on both sides.
