2020年以来,中东欧国家体育发展受到新冠疫情的严重影响,呈现“总体缓慢恢复,个别项目成绩突出”的特点。各国积极参与并落实欧盟、次国家区域和国家层面的相关体育政策,出台多项体育领域纾困措施,克服新冠疫情带来的不利影响。在此背景下,中东欧国家全部参加了东京2020年奥运会和北京2022年冬奥会,展示了良好的奥林匹克精神。中东欧各国在不少夏季、冬季项目中培训理念先进、体系完善、成绩突出。其中篮球、乒乓球、冰球、短道速滑等项目,均与中国有较为深入的合作,产生了良好的社会效应,形成了特色鲜明的体育人文交流模式。体育外交方面,积极发展双边与多边友好合作;在竞技训练方面,促进双方水平提升;成立系列专业体育智库交流合作联盟,增加体育交流内容,学习和引进先进理念、技术、人才,促进体育发展。利用体育合作,谱写中东欧各国发展中的“中国故事”。以体育为纽带,继续为中国与中东欧国家人文交流合作开拓更加广阔的空间,共同推动教育政策对话机制化发展,为中国与中东欧国家以及中东欧体育交流合作开拓更加广阔的空间。
<<Since 2020,sports development in Central and Eastern European countries has been severely hit by covid-19 pandemic,with a slow recovery overall and outstanding performances in individual sports. The countries have been actively involved in the implementation of relevant sport policies at EU,regional and national levels,and have introduced measures to alleviate difficulties in the sports sector and overcome the challenges of the pandemic. In this context,all CEE countries participated in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games and the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games,demonstrating well the Olympic spirit. The CEE countries have advanced training concepts,well-developed systems and outstanding achievements in a number of summer and winter sports. Among those,basketball,table tennis,ice hockey and short track speed skating have had in-depth cooperation with China,generating positive social effects and forming a distinctive model of sports and humanistic exchanges. In sports diplomacy,bilateral and multilateral friendly cooperation is actively developed,In competitive sports training,the level of mutual sides is promoted,A series of professional sports think-tank alliances are set up to enrich the sports exchanges,to learn and introduce advanced ideas,technologies and talents. Tell the “Chinese story” in the development of Central and Eastern European countries by sports cooperation. Using sport as a link,we will continue to open up space for humanities exchanges and cooperation between China and CEE countries,and jointly promote the institutionalization of education policy dialogue.
