The construction of Healthy China is a national strategy of China. Its connotation is extremely rich and its coverage is wide，covering not only the medical and health care industry，the health care industry，but also sports，education，cultural tourism，ecological and environmental protection，new rural construction，urban and rural infrastructure construction and other fields. By sorting out the support of national macro policies to the construction of Healthy China and PPP，this paper analyzes the situation，return mechanism，operation mode，investment scale and regional distribution of PPP projects related to the construction of Healthy China in the project management database of National PPP Comprehensive Information Platform of the Ministry of Finance，and points out the existing problems of PPP in the construction of healthy China. Some suggestions on the application of healthy China PPP model in the fields of medical and health care，healthy old-age care，rural construction，public service system and ecological environment construction are put forward.
