Since proposed at the 19th CPC National Congress，the rural revitalization strategy has been highly valued by the general public of society. As the poverty alleviation has been achieved，the rural revitalization becomes the next key step in the work of agriculture，rural areas and farmers. PPP model remarkably promotes the infrastructure construction in the field of public services and complementary to the rural revitalization strategy. By introducing social capital to participate in rural infrastructure construction，the advantage of social capital operation and management can be effectively applied，in addition PPP model conducive to improving the supply quality and efficiency of rural infrastructure construction. However，it’s still exists some problems in the application of PPP model in the rural revitalization strategy. The particularity of social capital cause issues such as inadequate supplies of rural construction land，strong public welfare nature，highly dependence on local governmental finance and difficulty in subsequent supervision，which limits the further extensive application of PPP model in the promotion of rural revitalization strategy. This report analyzes the existing PPP project in China Public Private Partnerships Center Database and proposes solutions to strengthen the preliminary planning of projects，innovate the method of combination rural land and projects. which could effectively strengthen the government’s decision-making，supervision capabilities，improve the attractiveness of rural revitalization projects to social capital parties，and address the obstacle of PPP model in the application of rural revitalization strategy.
