The sudden rise of local sci-fi novels，films，animations and games such as “Three-Body Problem”，“Wandering Earth”，“Dyson Ball Project”，etc. It has led to the rapid formation and development of the science fiction industry. As a national cultural and technological center，Beijing is bound to lead the development of the sci-fi industry and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the industry. Based on the analysis of the development advantages of the sci-fi industry in Beijing，this paper finds out five deficiencies and shortcomings，and focuses on industrial policies，talent team construction，industrial chain promotion，incubation platform construction，industrial agglomeration，and application scenario construction，industrial capital investment and other aspects，put forward opinions and suggestions for government and enterprise decision-making reference.
