Based on the development of Internet popular science content dissemination in Beijing，the report describes the current situation of Internet popular science content dissemination，and summarizes the characteristics of online popular science content dissemination based on the epidemic period and the post-epidemic era. Combined with the dissemination practice of Beijing’s network popular science content，this paper summarizes the shortcomings of Beijing’s current network popular science work. Starting from the governance idea of Beijing’s network science popularization order，put forward relevant suggestions on the construction of network science popularization informatization，network science popularization talent team construction，science popularization industry construction，network science popularization dissemination genealogy，etc.，in order to strengthen the construction of Beijing science and technology innovation center and create a new business card for science popularization in the capital.
