The popularization of high-end scientific and technological resources is the most cutting-edge resource for improving the scientific quality of the public. It has an exemplary and irreplaceable role in rapidly improving the scientific quality of the public，maintaining the function of the public social ecosystem，and leading the atmosphere of social innovation and development. Beijing area is rich in high-end science and technology resources. This paper analyzes the general situation of high-end science and technology resources in Beijing area of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the configuration and problems of science popularization，and puts forward the future development path of high-end science and technology resources science popularization based on the situation faced in the new era.
