Thanks to the adjustment from different parties，various culture events came back，via a mix of online and offline settings，and gradually step forward in 2021. As both organizers and participants，some Singapore Chinese societies and organization are reviving on culture inheritance. This report will choose several representative societies which held events and made some measure on the culture field in 2021，to observe the condition of Singapore culture development in the year with a micro view. During this tough period，these culture organization and the societies actively sought new paths，either via transforming their old forms，or uniting with each other，to keep themselves running and sustain the liveness of the culture life.
