This report analyzes the current situation and characteristics of the big data industry in the Yangtze River Delta. The development of big data industry in the Yangtze River Delta is generally at the leading level in China，with great advantages in industrial base，new infrastructure and scientific innovation strength. From the three levels of government，industry and platform infrastructure，the prominent problems and bottlenecks are mainly concentrated in the fields of factor allocation，standard regulations，talent shortage and security risks. By analyzing the practical experience of the development of big data industry in developed countries and considering the development trend of the big data industry，the report gives the relevant suggestions to promote the integrated development of the big data industry in the Yangtze River Delta with leveraging the transformation of the digital economy.
