Wusongkou International Cruise Port has formed an overall berth scale that can accommodate two 150000 GT and two 225000 GT cruise ships at the same time，and the building structure of the whole coastline has the docking capacity of the world’s largest oasis class cruise ships. The maximum number of passengers carried by the four ships at the same time can reach 23100，and the maximum number of crew members is 7620. Therefore，it is urgent to comprehensively strengthen the construction of cruise emergency response capacity. It is necessary to standardize the emergency response procedures for cruise emergencies at Shanghai International Cruise Port，ensure that international cruise emergencies are handled orderly，efficiently and properly，minimize casualties and property losses，and restore normal order of cruise operation in the shortest time. Focusing on the fact that Wusongkou International Cruise Port has high requirements for large passenger flow management，involves a wide range of emergency coordination and is difficult to deal with emergencies，standardize the emergency management system of Wusongkou International Cruise Port and improve the cruise port.
