This report takes the permanent migrant population in Beijing as the research object. Based on the authoritative survey data of the Bureau of Statistics，it studies the basic situation of the permanent migrant population and analyzes the problems and deficiencies in the service and management. The key point is to put forward the suggestions and measures to improve the service management level of the migrant population in Beijing，including：establishing and improving the dynamic information system；Granting citizenships to rural migrants in an orderly and classified manner；Improve employment and raise income levels；Improve the housing environment and living standards；Increase the social insurance coverage rate；To improve the education and development of their children；Improve the willingness of citizenization and promote psychological identity.
