Small and medium enterprise of “Specialized，Refined，Different and Innovative” is an important driving force of the innovative economy development. China’s multi-level capital market system is constructed by the main board，the science and technology innovation board，the growth enterprise market and other markets，while，the Beijing Stock Exchange focuses on service innovation-oriented enterprise，especially “Specialized，Refined，Different and Innovative” enterprise. By providing progressive financing，docking with private equity，providing innovative achievements transformation services，and providing residents with equity asset allocation options for financial management，the Beijing Stock Exchange strives to solve the problems of financing difficulties，difficulty in withdrawing incubation funds and transforming innovative achievements faced by “Specialized，Refined，Different and Innovative” enterprises. In order to further improve capital market services，this report proposes five suggestions：smoother transfer mechanism，more active trading mechanism，better information disclosure，more abundant financial products，and better risk management.
