In the face of the uncertainty of the macro environment in 2022，the public opinion field in China is full of different voice. The 20th CPC National Congress and the comprehensive deployment of Chinese path to modernization have established foundation for China’s future development and public opinion. The projection of domestic public opinion on international issues has become increasingly prominent，the “world awareness” of Chinese netizens has been growing，and their attention to international affairs has been further enhanced. China’s comprehensive national strength is growing day by day，which exerts a subtle influence on the people’s daily cognition of international issues，and the confidence of the system and culture is constantly enhanced. The COVID-19 has rebounded. How to coordinate prevention and control of COVID with economy and people’s livelihood has aroused the concern of the whole society. It needs to be guided by the interests of the people and explore the positive interaction between government governance，social regulation and residents’ autonomy on the rule of law.
