本文根据“中国社会状况综合调查”2021年的数据资料,对我国城乡居民的房屋财产状况、房屋居住状况等方面进行了描述和分析。研究结果表明,我国城乡居民家庭自有住房拥有率稳步上升,绝大部分家庭拥有自有住房。我国居民家庭住房的性质以农村私有住房和商品房两种类型为主,依然具有城乡二元形态的特征,但随着我国城市化进程的不断加快,我国城乡居民获房方式、住房流动趋势、家庭住房资产均发生较大的变化。总体而言,我国居民家庭住房市场化程度不断加深,城乡之间房屋资产不平等现象凸显,并呈现以地县级城市城区和县城为核心的城市化发展趋势。
<<This report analyzes the housing conditions of urban and rural residents in China according to the data of the 2021 Chinese Social Survey. The research shows that the ownership rate of urban and rural households in China has risen steadily. The household property in China is mainly rural private housing and commercial housing in cities,which still has the characteristics of urban-rural dual system. However,with the continuous acceleration of China’s urbanization process,the way that urban and rural residents obtain houses,the trend of housing mobility,and the family housing assets have all undergone great changes. In general,the degree of marketization of housing in China is deepening,and the inequality of housing assets between urban and rural areas is significant,showing a trend of urbanization at the county level as the core.
