    2022年中国教育改革和发展报告

    摘要

    2022年是党的二十大召开之年,是中国进入新时代新征程中具有特殊重要意义的一年。围绕“巩固提高、深化落实、创新突破”,中国教育取得了实质性发展成效,各级教育普及程度已经达到或超过中高收入国家平均水平。当前和未来中国教育新的战略性任务是建设高质量教育体系,推进学前教育普及普惠安全优质发展,大力推进义务教育优质均衡发展,加快推动普通高中特色多样发展,大力发展适应新技术和产业变革需要的职业教育,创新发展支撑国家战略需要的高等教育,统筹推进乡村教育振兴和教育振兴乡村工作。

    Abstract

    2022 is the year of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and it is a year of special significance for China to enter a new era and a new journey. Despite the overlapping of centennial changes and the widespread of epidemics,China’s education reform has still achieved substantial development around the consolidation and improvement of reform effects,deepening the implementation of policies,and innovation and breakthrough of new measures. And the popularization of education at all levels has reached or exceeded the average level of high-income countries. The new strategic task of China’s education reform at present and in the future is to build a high-quality education system,promote high-quality preschool education,enhance the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education,accelerate the diversified development of ordinary high schools,and develop vocational education with innovative policies that meet the needs of new technology and industrial reform to support the national strategy. We will comprehensively promote the revitalization of rural education and the work of education in rural areas.
