In the face of the complex and severe macroeconomic and employment situation，we should implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China，adhere to the basic livelihood orientation of employment，implement the employment priority strategy，strengthen the employment priority policy，balance the macro policy objectives，strengthen policy support，and stabilize expectations and strengthen confidence.
