The rapid development of information technology has spawned a large number of new economies，new technologies，new industries，and new forms of business，and a large number of new employment forms have emerged. The problems caused by the weakness of the fulfillments of their rights and interests have also attracted great attention from parties concerned. Fulfilling the law，protecting the legitimate rights of employees and accomplishing the duty of serving the workers and the people，thus Federation of Trade unions at all levels earnestly implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee. Flexible employment groups such as couriers，food delivery workers，and truck drivers together with various platform employment groups have been attracted，organized and stabilized. At present，the work of safeguarding the rights and interests of workers in the new employment forms have achieved certain positive results，whereas many shortcomings still remain. It is necessary for all walks of life to coordinate together to build a safety net and protective umbrella.
