更加充分更高质量就业对于经济社会的繁荣稳定发展起着重要作用，是实现全体人民共同富裕的重要途径。过去一年，我国就业领域面临着新的挑战，比如失业风险加大、结构性就业矛盾更加凸显、新业态从业者的合法权益难以保障、重点群体就业压力增大等。为应对这些挑战，我国不断深化就业体制改革、强化就业优先政策、完善就业公共服务体系，从而确保了就业大局稳定。展望未来，我们要多措并举，不断推动就业扩容提质，确保实现更加充分更高质量就业。具体而言，要进一步深化体制机制改革，强化经济增长对于就业的带动作用，充分激发市场主体活力，提高劳动者技能，构建和谐劳动关系，继续完善就业统计指标体系等。
<<More full and high-quality employment plays an important role in the prosperity and stable development of economy and society，and is an important way to realize the common prosperity of all people. In 2021，China will continue to promote employment from three aspects：Deepening the reform of the employment system，strengthening the employment priority policy，and improving the public service system for employment，ensuring the overall stability of employment. In the future，we should further deepen the reform of systems and mechanisms，strengthen the driving role of economic growth in employment，stimulate the vitality of market players，improve workers’ skills，build harmonious labor relations，improve the employment statistical index system，constantly promote the expansion and quality of employment，and achieve fuller and higher quality employment.
