Realize the green development of transportation industry is not only practice the concept of green development，but also to promote the overall layout of “five in one” and implement the internal requirements of the “carbon peak” and “carbon neutral” strategies. Based on the current situation of green development of China’s transportation industry，it is found that the institutional framework for the green development of China’s transportation industry has basically taken shape. Under the guidance of a series of systems and regulations，the low-carbon level of China’s transportation industry is constantly improving，however，it still face some problems，such as the imperfect green traffic management system，the low level of green traffic infrastructure construction，and the low service quality of green traffic modes. This report states that the competent department of transportation industry should further improve the top-level design of green transportation development，promote the construction of green transportation infrastructure，upgrade urban transportation structure，build a green transportation system relying on new energy to，accelerate the construction of green transportation innovation system，and deepen international exchanges and cooperation in low-carbon transportationfield，which will promote the green development of transportation industry.
