In 2021，China’s social construction will make steady progress. At the same time，in the face of new challenges and new situations，some problems in China’s social field have become more obvious. First，rural infrastructure construction and basic public services still need to be improved，and the protection of vulnerable groups is not satisfactory；Second，the social normal governance system has not been fully straightened out，and the weaknesses of emergency management are more obvious；Third，the construction of social psychological service system lags far behind social needs，and there is a risk that social negative emotions will rise rapidly and spread continuously.
