The purpose of this report is to analyze the 10 cities with high overall index values of cultural tourism industry development，namely Beijing，Shanghai，Chongqing，Shenzhen，Xi’an，Chengdu，Guangzhou，Nanjing，Zhengzhou and Wuhan. In general，these cities have outstanding performance in the development of cultural tourism industry，each with different advantages. Among them，Beijing is far ahead in all indexes，with culture，tourism and cultural-tourism integration industry index values ranking top；Shanghai has outstanding performance in cultural resources，city tourism image，city tourism industry development，cultural tourism resources integration and times integration index；Chongqing has excellent performance in cultural resources，cultural development potential，city tourism image，tourism influence，tourism market index and times integration index；Shenzhen’s cultural industry index，tourism environment index，and urban development index also perform more outstandingly in the country，indicating that Shenzhen has a more balanced development in all aspects of its cultural and tourism industries；Xi’an’s cultural heritage resources are outstanding；Chengdu’s cultural development potential and cultural tourism integration industry index perform well；Guangzhou’s cultural and tourism development potential is greater；Nanjing’s urban tourism image The cultural industry index and the cultural tourism information integration index of Zhengzhou City have obvious advantages；The cultural tourism integration industry index of Wuhan has excellent performance.
