This study focuses on the Guangzhou youth group in the field of science and technology，and analyzes their demographic characteristics，working conditions，scientific and technological innovation conditions，political participation，physical and mental health，as well as housing conditions by means of questionnaire survey and interview，so as to understand the anxiety of young people engaging in science and technology enterprises. The study found that young people in this field have relatively high educational background；they generally share a positive political tendency and pay close attention to social issues such as social livelihood，current political events，and scientific innovation. They have above-average job satisfaction and a strong need for self-improvement. On the basis of analyzing their problems in aspects of scientific and technological innovation，job difficulty and housing problem，this study puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
