本报告以广州从事非物质文化遗产项目传承工作的青年群体为研究对象,对其工作情况、群体特征、现实需求等发展现状进行实证分析调查,发现其工作收入源于产品销售与教学授课,主要工作困扰为场地租金支出和产品销售压力,同时其具有希望提升专业水平和传承人补贴额度等共性需求。而就业前景较窄和创业收入不稳定导致从业规模较小、社会受众层面亟须拓展、社会资源支持不够、行业政策较少倾斜等困境,造成“挤压综合征”。因此,未来要采取多方拓宽就业渠道和精准支持创业发展、推动非遗传承融入教育体系并壮大社会受众与传承青年的群体规模、重视非遗资源整合以及完善青年保障机制、推动大湾区青年的非遗交流和文化认同等发展措施,促进广州市非遗传承青年群体持续发展。
<<This study takes the Guangzhou youth group engaged in the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage as the research object,and conducts an empirical analysis and investigation on their work status,group characteristics,realistic needs and other development conditions. The research finds that their work income mainly comes from product sales and teaching activity,while the rent expenses and product sales pressure are the main challenges to them. They have the common needs of improving their professional level and the subsidy. However,the reality of narrow employment prospects and unstable start-up income leads to the “squeeze syndrome” in this field due to the small scale of employment,the urgent need to expand the social audience,insufficient social resources support,and less inclined industrial policies,etc. Therefore,it is necessary to take a variety of measures in the future development,including broadening the employment channels and accurately supporting youth entrepreneurship,promoting the knowledge of intangible cultural heritage inheritance into the overall education system and strengthening the social audience and inheriting youth population,attaching great importance to the intangible cultural heritage resources integration and improving the safeguard mechanism,promoting the exchange of intangible cultural heritage and cultural identity among youth in the Greater Bay Area,etc.,so as to promote the sustainable development of the youth group engaged in the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.
