本报告依托2022年4~5月在广州市内开展的实证调查情况,对当前广州青年高技能人才发展现状,包括工作基本情况、技能情况、社会认同及现实需求等进行分析,进而发现其职业成长及培养过程中存在的问题主要为新经济形态较为自由的工作氛围与制造业相对传统的工作模式对青年职业选择形成了较为明显的“推拉效应”;高技能人才培养与企业需求、技术迭代发展等不相匹配,产教融合程度有待提高;高技能人才学历认定的有效衔接不足。未来要通过提升高技能人才的社会认同度、构建产学研用一体化育才模式、探索多元化的用才导向以及加大公共服务的供给力度等途径来加速构建全链条的青年高技能人才培养体系。
<<Based on the empirical survey conducted in Guangzhou from April to May 2022,this report analyzed the current development status of Guangzhou young high-skilled talents from the aspects of basic work conditions,skills,social recognition and realistic needs,finding that the problems existing in the career growth and training of young talents mainly include the following:First of all,the comparison between the relatively free working atmosphere of the new economic form and the relatively traditional working mode of the manufacturing industry has formed an obvious “push and pull effect” on young people’s career choice. Secondly,the training of highly skilled personnel does not match the actual enterprise demand and technological iterative development,resulting in the degree of integration of industry and education to be improved. Thirdly,there is insufficient effective connection between the qualification of highly skilled talents. Thus,in the future,it is necessary to accelerate the construction of the whole chain of young highly skilled personnel training system by improving the social recognition of highly skilled personnel,constructing the integration of production,education,research and application,exploring diversified talent orientation,and increasing the supply of public services.
