Jiangsu province is an important member of the Yangtze River Delta region. In 2021，its GDP will reach 11.64 trillion yuan，ranking second in China and first in the Yangtze River Delta region. Jiangsu province has accelerated the transformation of enterprises into digital，networked and intelligent enterprises，and actively fostered new models and formats of digital management，platform design and intelligent manufacturing. The integrated development of digitalization and informatization has ranked first in China for many consecutive years. The “14th Five-year Plan” period is an important period for Jiangsu province to thoroughly practice the new mission of “striving to set an example，striving to set an example，and taking the lead”，build a medium and high-end supply system，promote the comprehensive digital transformation，realize high-quality economic and social development，and strive to start a new journey of socialist modernization in an all-round way. This paper abstracts and summarizes the development model of Jiangsu province from the main practices of promoting the digital transformation of manufacturing industry and speeding up the innovation and development of industrial clusters in Jiangsu Province，and provides reference for the integrated development and industrial upgrading of other regions.
