In the 2020，the demand for information technology application in manufacturing industry showed explosive growth. Many enterprises realized the importance and importance of digitalization of enterprises through this epidemic. But the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises in China is faced with some prominent problems，such as local application oriented，low level of integration and collaboration，unsmooth connection between upstream and downstream of industrial chain，and lagging development of information infrastructure. By combing the current typical theoretical framework of digital transformation of manufacturing industry，this paper analyzes the characteristics and trends of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises in China in three dimensions of subject，space and object under the guidance of IIIE architecture model proposed by “information and industrialization integration ecosystem reference architecture”（GB/T 23004-2020），To provide reference for related research.
