In order to understand the development of new forms of business in Shenzhen and find out the development status of major industries and key enterprises，this paper investigates the e-commerce，Internet finance，housekeeping service，express logistics，home stay and other industries in Shenzhen to understand the development of employees in new forms of business and employment in these industries. At the same time，in-depth analysis is made of the current policy implementation situation and effect of supporting the development of new forms of employment and related employees in Shenzhen. It is found that there are problems such as the difficulty in statistics of new forms of employment and the difficulty in defining the labor relations of employees of new forms of employment. We put forward policy suggestions on establishing non-standard labor law benchmarks and establishing a public employment service system for flexible employees.
