本文基于社会组织支持体系的基本内涵，结合社会组织参与乡村振兴的意义和作用，分析当前我国在部分社会组织发展薄弱地区构建社会组织支持体系的必要性和重要性。在此基础上，本文选取西部、中部和东部三个地区培育发展社会组织的实践案例，分析了其在推进社会组织发展策略上的共性和特点，以及构建社会组织支持体系的难点，并提出在乡村振兴战略下，要健全党建引领社会组织发展的工作机制，制定和实施社会组织分类支持策略，引导和发展多元化的社会支持主体以及开辟“五社联动”共助乡村振兴的协作模式四个方面的对策建议。
<<Based on the analysis of the present unbalanced situation of social organization development and its influence，this paper proposes the necessity，importance and basic framework of constructing social organization support system. On this basis，this paper selects three practical cases of cultivating and developing social organizations in the western，central and eastern regions，analyzes the commonality and characteristics of the strategies of three different regions to promote the development of social organizations，as well as the difficulties in constructing the support system of social organizations，and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects.
