The continuous emergence of new employment forms is the result of the joint action of the supply side and the demand side. The government in order to create a good business environment and promote the development of new forms of employment，introduced macro economy policy，labor social security field policy，new career release system policy，social management level policy，and so on policies. These policies have a preliminary understanding to the process of deepening understanding to clear support，is the full embodiment of the people as the center and the concept of the rule of law. Although taking an international perspective，the development of China’s new employment forms is at the forefront of the world，the rapid development of practice has also led to some shortcomings in policies，such as inter-departmental coordination，strengthen the situation prediction，the scope of the new occupation policy is too narrow，and the labor relations and social security policies are still being explored. In order to deal with this problem effectively，it is suggested to enhance the inter-departmental coordination and governance capacity，prepare policy norms in advance，follow the market-oriented orientation，and adjust the labor relations and social security system.
