In accordance with the strategic deployment of the CPC Central Committee to implement rural revitalization and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas，a five-year transition period was set up in poverty relief areas during the “Fourteenth Five Year Plan” period to effectively link the consolidation of poverty relief achievements with rural revitalization. Therefore，social organizations participate in rural development，from concentrating resources to supporting poverty alleviation to consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization. On the basis of sorting out the policy system of social organizations participating in rural revitalization，this chapter puts forward policy suggestions on expanding social organizations’ participation in rural revitalization through the analysis of key work and major issues such as social organizations participating in the normalized assistance of rural low-income population，promoting the stable employment of poverty free population，strengthening the skills training of rural population，and developing poverty free industries.
