The current research analyzes the professional characteristics，professional psychology and career planning of youth live streamers through a survey of streamers aged 18-45. The results showed that（1）In terms of professional characteristics，the work intensity of youth live streamers is not small，the income is medium，and the social security is incomplete. （2）In terms of professional psychology，youth live streamers are highly satisfied with their jobs and identified with their job. Most of them believe that they are in the middle or lower social class，and are optimistic about future class promotion. The life pressure of the youth live streamers mainly stems from housing，income and health problems. They expect the standardization of the live streamers as an occupation and the opportunities of skills training. （3）In terms of career planning，youth live streamers are optimistic about the prospects of the live streaming industry，but lack confidence in their own career prospects. They are worried that they will be replaced with age and have little opportunities to income improvement. However，most of them still intend to continue live streaming in the short term. In the long-term planning，the number of people who plan to change jobs will increase. Based on the above research results，this article puts forward suggestions for promoting the career development of youth live streamers.
