高新技术企业是数字经济创新发展新常态下以高新技术为基础，以知识密集、技术密集为核心的经济实体，是国家科技研发、产业转型的重要驱动力。本研究在分析2016～2020年广东省高新技术企业数字经济创新水平区域总体情况后发现：排名前500位的高新技术企业较为聚集，主要分布在珠三角核心区；排名前20位的高新技术企业中有50%属于计算机、通信和其他电子设备制造业，是广东省数字经济创新的重要动力源；在沿海经济带（东西两翼）中，沿海经济带（东翼）高新技术企业创新水平相对于沿海经济带（西翼）较高。
<<High and new tech enterprises are economic entities based on high-tech，knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive as the core under the new normal of digital economy innovation and development，and are an important driving force for national scientific and technological research and development and industrial transformation.After analyzing the overall regional situation of the digital economy innovation level of high and new tech enterprises in Guangdong Province from 2016 to 2020，this study found that：the top 500 high and new tech enterprises are relatively concentrated，mainly located in the core area of the Pearl River Delta；among the top 20 high and new tech enterprises 50% belong to the computer，communication and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry，which is an important driving force for digital economic innovation in Guangdong Province；to compare the east and west wings of the coastal economic belt，the innovation level of high and new tech enterprises in the east wing is higher than that in the west wing.
