With the “Dual Carbon” proposed，China’s economy and society will face profound transformation，and the Chinese management will also reform dramatically. This article analyzed the challenges and opportunities of energy structure and development of various industries since “Dual Carbon” target proposed，discussed the reforms in management factors，enterprise management，and financial markets that driven by “Dual Carbon” target，and combed the impacts of “Dual Carbon” target on policy level. In the end，the article discussed how China should response to the changes of management that driven by “Dual Carbon” target in policy，enterprise，and financial markets aspects，and how to seize the opportunities to help achieve the “Dual Carbon” target.
