数字孪生是一种新兴的技术,近年来已逐渐成为工业界关注的中心。该技术主要由六大关键技术进行驱动,即建模技术、仿真技术、物联网、云计算、边缘计算以及人工智能。数字孪生的本质是构建一个物理实体或物理过程的虚拟镜像并将两者尽可能地耦合,物理对象或过程的实时状态会通过物联网技术传递给虚拟镜像并进行同步。系统可为用户提供相应的仿真、数据分析、预测以及计算等功能,从而有效地提高用户的工作效率。目前,国内数字孪生市场快速发展,但主要项目大多与智慧城市相关,在其他领域仍有很大的市场空白。对于中国未来数字孪生产业的发展,本文提出应从硬件产业生态进行创新,大力发展物联网芯片。对于软件产业,我国应自主研发工业建模仿真软件以及数字孪生平台,从而打破国外垄断现状。
<<Digital twin is an emerging technology that has gradually become the focus of industry in recent years. This technology is driven by six key technologies:modeling,simulation,Internet of Things(IoT),cloud computing,edge computing,and artificial intelligence. The essence of digital twin is to build a virtual image of a physical entity or physical process and coupling the two as much as possible. The real-time state of the physical object or process will be transmitted to the virtual image through the IoT technology and synchronized. The system can improve user’s work efficiency by providing users with the corresponding functions like simulation,data analysis,prediction and calculation. At present,the domestic digital twin market is growing rapidly,but the main projects are mostly smart cities and there is still a large market gap in other fields. For the future development of China’s digital twin industry,this article proposes that we should innovate from the hardware industry ecology and vigorously develop IoT chips. For software industry,our country should independently develop the industrial modeling simulation software and the digital twin platform,so as to break the current situation of foreign monopoly.
