广东省坚持数字经济高质量发展,数字经济规模一直居全国首位。本报告基于广东省21个地级市的数字经济发展现状,从综合创新水平与平均创新水平两个不同角度来衡量城市的数字经济创新水平,并计算出21个地级市数字企业数量排名、综合创新水平排名、周期创新水平排名、持续创新水平排名以及价值创新水平排名。同时,以“一核一带一区”三大经济区为维度观测各个城市排前5位的区县情况,最后运用四分位分析法对数字经济创新水平区县进行全面评估。研究结果发现:第一,企业数量并不是决定地区数字经济创新水平高低的关键因素,与企业从事的科技创新活动与数字经济创新活动更为密切;第二,城市的数字经济企业的平均创新水平与城市所在的区域没有很密切关系,主要还是突出了与数字经济创新政策和企业创新的龙头企业有密切关系;第三,人均GDP与数字经济平均创新水平总体呈现正相关关系,当人均GDP超过200000元后,其正相关性更加明显。
<<Digital economy has been developing rapidly in Guangdong Province,with the digital economy scale is ranked first in China.Basing on the background of economic development,we measure the digital economic innovation level of 21 cities in Guangdong province from the comprehensive innovation and the average innovation level.Then we calculate the ranking of digital enterprises number,ranking of comprehensive innovation level,ranking of cycle innovation level and ranking of continuous innovation level according to the innovation index.At the same time,we observe the top five districts and counties in each city based on dimension of the three economic zones,one core,one belt and one zone.Finally,we use the quartile analysis method to comprehensively evaluate the innovation level of the digital economy.The main results are following as:1.the number of enterprises is not the key factor determining the level of regional digital economy innovation,and it is more closely related to the scientific and technological innovation activities of enterprises and digital economy innovation activities.2.The average innovation level of digital economy enterprises in a city is not closely related to the region where the city is located,but mainly highlights the close relationship between digital economy innovation policies and the leading enterprises of enterprise innovation.3.Per capita GDP is positively correlated with the innovation level of digital economy in general,and the positive correlation becomes more obvious when per capita GDP exceeds 200,000 yuan.
