This paper uses the concept of platform economy，combined with the characteristics of API manufacturers，and discusses the model of relying on leading companies，using modern technologies such as the Internet，big data，intelligence，and blockchain，with the aim of serving，building a non-profit sharing economy platform，attracting enterprises to establish API production bases operated by companies so as to expand and strengthen the sharing platform economic model. This paper explores and reveals the strong aggregation，traction and industry leading roles of leading companies in the process of establishing API production bases. At the same time，it analyzes the low-cost advantages of enterprises in the park resulted from the low-cost resources of the sharing platform. It expounds the architectural assumption and operation mode of the sharing platform of API production bases，and puts forward constructive new ideas and new methods on how to promote the establishment of the sharing platform of API production bases.
