The consistency evaluation of the quality and efficacy of generic drugs and the volume-based centralized procurement of drugs are the focus of the pharmaceutical industry and pharmaceutical companies at present and in the future. This paper gives a brief overview of the coordination of consistency evaluation and centralized procurement of drugs in recent years，and from the perspective of sustainable development of pharmaceutical companies，it puts forward constructive opinions on how to strengthen innovation，improve quality，control cost and promote credit building by pharmaceutical companies under the normalization and institutionalization of centralized procurement of drugs.
