This section will mainly introduce the domestic and foreign mainstream network security and data security standards of Intelligent Connected Vehicles（ICVs）. In terms of standard formulation，it not only involves the basic security function requirements such as resisting network attack，vulnerability detection and data tamper-proof，but also involves the terminal security of vehicles，complete data transmission function between vehicles，user network security and data security，etc.，according to the functional requirements of automobiles. Among them，this section specifically introduces the international mainstream standards，such as the network security and data security standards of ICVs formulated by Europe，America，Asia and other regions. The relevant standards of foreign mainstream countries，such as the United States，the United Kingdom，Germany，Japan and South Korea，are proposed for different security issues of Internet of vehicles. And the national standards proposed by the relevant Standardization Administration committee. Finally，this section analyzes and inspires the development trend of network security and data security standards for ICVs in the future. The standards proposed in the future should follow the following principles：clarify the construction principles of the standard system，and cooperate to establish a standard system suitable for industrial needs.
