本报告主要介绍了国内外主流的智能网联汽车的网络安全与数据安全标准。在制定标准上,除抵御网络攻击、漏洞检测、数据防篡改等基本安全功能需求外,还针对汽车功能需求,对车辆终端安全、车辆间数据传输功能完备以及用户网络安全与数据安全等均有涉及。具体来说,介绍了国际主流标准,如欧洲、美洲、亚洲和其他地区制定的智能网联汽车网络安全与数据安全标准,美国、英国、德国、日本和韩国等国家分别针对不同车联网安全问题提出的相关标准,以及中国相关标准化管理委员会提出的国家标准等。针对未来智能网联汽车网络安全与数据安全标准的发展态势做出分析和展望,指出未来应明确标准体系构建原则、协同建立适合产业需求的标准体系。
<<This section will mainly introduce the domestic and foreign mainstream network security and data security standards of Intelligent Connected Vehicles(ICVs). In terms of standard formulation,it not only involves the basic security function requirements such as resisting network attack,vulnerability detection and data tamper-proof,but also involves the terminal security of vehicles,complete data transmission function between vehicles,user network security and data security,etc.,according to the functional requirements of automobiles. Among them,this section specifically introduces the international mainstream standards,such as the network security and data security standards of ICVs formulated by Europe,America,Asia and other regions. The relevant standards of foreign mainstream countries,such as the United States,the United Kingdom,Germany,Japan and South Korea,are proposed for different security issues of Internet of vehicles. And the national standards proposed by the relevant Standardization Administration committee. Finally,this section analyzes and inspires the development trend of network security and data security standards for ICVs in the future. The standards proposed in the future should follow the following principles:clarify the construction principles of the standard system,and cooperate to establish a standard system suitable for industrial needs.
