This section mainly introduces the relevant dynamics of the development of intelligent networked vehicle network security，first of all，the development of intelligent networked vehicle network security at home and abroad and the status quo of corresponding laws and regulations have been sorted out，and China，the United States，the United Kingdom and other countries have issued a series of laws and regulations in the field of intelligent networked vehicle network security. The automotive network security problems for the Internet of vehicles are analyzed，and the four elements of the Internet of vehicles security include intrusion detection，confidential communication，security authentication，and permission management. Then，the network security measures of intelligent and connected vehicles are divided into two categories：management measures and technical measures. Finally，focusing on the formulation and implementation of relevant laws and regulations and standards in China，the development of network security of intelligent and connected vehicles has been prospected，and in the future，network operators，including car network operators，will strictly focus on relevant legal standards，take technical measures and other necessary measures to ensure network security and stable operation.
