经济竞争力取决于人才,金融科技人才为经济社会发展注入强大的辐射力和创造力,对一个国家经济社会高质量发展具有重要意义,更是国际竞争的重要博弈点。随着世界金融科技的蓬勃发展和竞争的日益激烈,我国金融科技人才培养与当前金融高质量发展不协调的矛盾日益凸显。通过系统研究和行业调查,本报告完成了对北京、上海、粤港澳大湾区等国内金融科技先行区域以及美国、英国、新加坡、瑞士和以色列等金融科技领先国家金融科技人才培养模式的综合调查。本报告还分析了金融科技人才培养领域存在的人才需求与培养模式不匹配、人才标准不一致、人才职业化发展路径不清晰等问题。基于金融科技人才培养的监管部门、金融机构等用人单位、高校和科研机构、专业认证组织等利益相关者的调研,本报告在提出标准、课程、培训、实验室、认证、职称和政策等方面存在的问题的基础上展望未来,提出尽快出台权威标准、开展职业认证、规范校本课程、完善基础设施、加强伦理训练、参与国际对话等对策建议。
<<FinTech talents play important roles in the current economic growth of cities and nations. They are not only the constructors for financial industry development,but also the key assets in global economic competition. In order to avoid potential economic threats,FinTech talent cultivation is the top priority for each country. In this research,we introduce and analyze the new challenges of talent cultivation and certification in China’s Fintech industry. Meanwhile,we investigate the FinTech talent training programs from top-notch financial countries such as United States,British,Singapore,Swiss,Israel,and some programs from Beijing,Shanghai,Greater Bay Area. Based on the investigation and analysis,this research proposes a new program including standardization,professionalization,infrastructure building and international cooperation in talent cultivation and certification,which would benefit Chinese FinTech talents,and improve their ability when facing new challenges.
