近年来,党和政府在推动经济高质量发展的同时,始终心系残疾人、老年人、偏远地区人群的需求。党的十九大提出,要在“老有所养、弱有所扶”上不断取得新进展,保证全体人民在共建共享发展中有更多获得感。金融作为老百姓日常生活的高频应用场景,面对老年人、残疾人、少数民族、偏远地区人群等特殊群体的实际金融服务需求,积极推进金融服务线上线下无障碍改造升级,在移动金融客户端应用软件、数字人民币、银行营业网点等方面积累了丰富经验,有效提升了人民群众在享受金融服务过程中的获得感和满意度。本报告通过介绍我国无障碍发展的政策环境,全面分析信息障碍群体在金融场景面临的痛点,梳理总结金融无障碍服务建设的实践探索经验,并对未来金融无障碍服务落地实施提出相关建议。
<<In recent years,the party and the government have been concerned about the needs of the disabled,the elderly,and people in remote areas while promoting high-quality economic development. The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that new progress should be made continuously in “support for the elderly and support for the weak” to ensure that all people have a greater sense of achievement in joint construction and shared development. Frequently visited in people’s daily lives,the financial industry actively promotes the online and offline barrier-free transformation and upgrades of financial services,accumulating rich experience in online banking applications,e-CNY,banking outlets,etc. This report introduces the policy environment for barrier-free development,comprehensively analyzes the pain points faced by barrier-free groups in financial scenarios,summarizes the practical experience of barrier-free development in the financial industry,and puts forward relevant suggestions for future barrier-free financial services.
