In recent years，innovative technologies centered on AI and big data are accelerating their in-depth integration with financial businesses，empo-wering many fields such as risk control and marketing，and promoting the wave of digital and intelligent development. The digital-to-intelligence business transformation of the financial industry is the strategy for the development of the national digital economy and an important requirement for financial institutions to build digital capabilities. Focusing on the practice of digital intelligence in the field of risk control and marketing，this paper introduces the development and technological evolution of digital intelligence in financial risk control and marketing. Taking knowledge graph，stream computing，distributed computing，multi-data fusion，etc. As examples，this paper show the practice of innovative technologies，such as artificial intelligence and big data in the scenes of risk anti-fraud，credit card application，marketing anti-fraud，credit risk control and so on，and analyzes the problems and challenges of data security，data fraud，data silos and long-tail users faced by the current practices. This paper summarizes the development trend of financial digital intelligence in the field of risk control and marketing，and puts forward development suggestions from multiple dimensions such as strategic planning and new technology application.
