本报告围绕金融机构在数字化转型中面临的内外部变化,以及在业务、数据、技术、运营、组织、人才方面面临的难点,深入分析中台的由来、定位和其推动数字化转型的价值,提出一体化运营中台的整体框架、能力体系和实践案例。并着重分析了一体化中台建设过程中的关键成功要素,包括组织保障、激励机制、人才队伍建设和运营模式创新等,为加快金融机构数字化转型、实现高质量发展提供参考。
<<This article focuses on the internal and external changes faced by financial institutions in digital transformation,and the difficulties in business,data,technology,operation,organization,and talent. This article deeply analyzes the origin,positioning and value of promoting digital transformation. According to the FinTech Development Plan(2022-2025),this article proposes the overall framework,capability system and practical cases for the integrated operation of the middle platform. Based on practice,this article focuses on analyzing the key success factors in the process of building an integrated operation of the middle platform,including organizational guarantee,incentive mechanism,talent team building,and innovation of operating models,etc.,to provide a reference for accelerating the digital transformation of financial institutions and achieving high-quality development.
