The “FinTech Development Plan（2022-2025）” clearly points out that FinTech should persist in the development principles of “Digital-driving，Wisdom for the people，Green and low-carbon，Fairness and inclusiveness”. Taking this as a guide，this paper gives an overall description of the development trends of key technologies in FinTech including Cloud-computing，Big data，Artificial Intelligence，Blockchain and Privacy-preserving Computation，analyzes the application scenarios and value of the technology in promoting the digitalization，agility and intelligence of financial business，and illustrates typical application cases in clearing，payment，commercial paper exchange，risk control and regulation，marketing services，trade financing，etc. On this basis，this paper analyzes the technical characteristics of emerging FinTech fields such as Quantum Computing，Industrial Internet and AR/VR，and their application scenes in the financial industry，and takes the leading practice as a typical application example to set forth the application mode and value.
