Based on external policy analysis of “digital base of new infrastructure，dual carbon and digital transformation”，this paper combines the practice of banking enterprises in the whole life cycle of “research，construction and operation” in data centers in recent years. The key elements and best practices of green high availability data center in finance industry are described.
