The value of the financial industry relying on big data applications has gradually become prominent，and financial data elements will become the key support and important driving force for the digital transformation of the financial industry. This paper describes the industry status and characteristics of orderly sharing and comprehensive application of data elements in recent years，and introduces in detail the current mainstream privacy-preserving computing technologies，including cryptographically secure technologies such as multi-party secure computing，statistically secure technologies such as federated learning，and hardware-based trusted execution environment. Through the excellent cases and achievements of data fusion，such as financial anti-fraud applications，applications for joint exploration of the total assets of high-net-worth clients of the group，applications for supervision of education and training funds，joint risk control practices for government and financial data sharing. This report expounds the use of data and technical means to strengthen the comprehensive application of data in the field of finance and public services，and enable the high-quality development of financial business. This report also analyzes the three difficulties and countermeasures encountered in the current sharing and application of financial data elements，including “dare not”，“unwilling” and “unable” sharing，looks forward to the next development direction of the application of financial data elements.
