数字化转型已明确纳入“十四五”规划,并写入《金融科技发展规划(2022—2025年)》,如何找准关键因素提升数字化能力并用数字化赋能业务发展变得愈加重要。本报告充分参考国内外数字化转型研究成果,基于金融业发展现状和调研数据,从金融业特征属性出发,完善金融业数字化转型治理体系,选取中国银联云闪付网络支付平台建设、中国农业银行数字化风控中心“烽火平台”建设、华泰证券基于数字化平台为企业提供云路演服务三个典型案例进行分析。研究表明,完善数字化基础设施、提升数据应用水平、构建面向客户的生态服务体系是金融业数字化能力提升的关键。
<<Digital transformation has been clearly incorporated into the 14th Five Year Plan and written into the Fintech Development Plan(2022-2025). How to identify the key factors for improving digital capabilities and enable business development with digital is becoming more and more important. This paper fully refers to the research results of digital transformation at home and abroad,based on the development status and research data of the financial industry,starting from the characteristics and attributes of the financial industry,constructs a digital transformation model of the financial industry,and analyzes three typical cases:the construction of Unionpay App network payment platform,the construction of “Beacon Platform” of Agricultural Bank of China Digital Risk Control Center,and Huatai Securities’ cloud roadshow services for enterprises based on the digital platform. The research shows that consolidating the digital infrastructure,improving the level of data application,and building a customer-oriented ecosystem service system are the key for improving the digital capability of the financial industry.
